All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our discretion. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the final product.

 

DROPS & LIMITED COLLECTIONS  

Products offered as part of limited releases (“drops”) are available in restricted quantities. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it. Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment.

 

MADE-TO-ORDER & PREORDERS  

Certain products may be made-to-order or offered as preorder. Production times may vary and are indicated on the product page. Made-to-order items may not be eligible for return or cancellation, except where required by applicable law.

 

PRICING & PAYMENTS  

All prices are displayed in the selected currency. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed before order processing begins.

 

SHIPPING  

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS  

For customers in the European Union, a 14-day withdrawal right applies in accordance with applicable consumer laws. Detailed return conditions are outlined in our Returns Policy. Certain products, including made-to-order items, may be excluded from returns as permitted by law.
